ILMARINE LLC  AND LLC "TSDSE" SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON THE INTRODUCTION OF A POLYMER COMPOSITION THAT INCREASES THE LIFE OF THE MOST WORN PARTS BY MORE THAN 30 %

The decision to cooperate was preceded by comprehensive tests of samples of rubbing pairs of gearboxes U-87.6 and U-182, which were treated with a polymer composition "MOKOM-1K". The tests (each sample passed 3,500 on-off cycles) confirmed the previously obtained results on parts and products used in the oil and gas industry and energy. Treatment with the MOKOM-1K fluorotensidic compound significantly reduces the friction of the mating parts and reduces the torque by 27-32 %, reduces the "breaking" force by 1.5 times, increasing the service life of electric motors and, in general, increases the service life of the rubbing parts by more than 30-35 %.

The MOKOM-1K fluorotensidic coating will be used to treat steam and water blowing units containing rubbing pairs: gear gears, couplings, gear sprockets, interfaces of the blowing pipe with the supply pipe, valves and other parts in which there are rubbing pairs.

The composition "MOKOM-1K" is a solution of a fluorinated surfactant in fluorochlorinated mixed solvents with a density of 1.5-2.2 g / cm3 and is intended for processing the working surfaces of mechanisms operating at temperatures up to 450 oC. The composition allows you to reduce the coefficient of friction of the mating pairs of parts, increase wear resistance and extend the service life, as well as stabilize the forces of resistance to movement, ensuring trouble-free operation by eliminating the "sticking" of the working elements in the extreme positions for the entire life cycle of the product.
