LLC "Plant of power equipment "ILMARINE", St. Petersburg, invites you to mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of providing auxiliary power equipment for steam boilers and steam generators of various steam capacity.
The ILMARINE Power Equipment Plant is an enterprise created by specialists from Estonia and Russia, whose activities in the last decade of the twentieth century and in the first decade of the twenty-first century were inextricably linked with the Ilmarine Plant in Tallinn.
The Ilmarinsky plant, founded in 1859 as a workshop for working with copper products, in 1883 became an enterprise for the production of cast-iron boilers.
After Estonia became a part of the USSR, the plant increasingly specializes in the production of energy equipment for the local industry. Finally, the appearance of "Ilmarine" as a plant of auxiliary power equipment was formed after the end of the Great Patriotic War. Semi-mechanical furnaces and automatic equipment for boilers began to be produced. In 1952, Ilmarin mastered the production of devices for purging the heating surfaces of boiler units. Since the mid-60s of the last century, Ilmarine has become the only enterprise in the USSR that produces designed with the participation of the TSKTI im. Polzunova in Leningrad, now-St. Petersburg, devices for purging and cleaning heating surfaces of all types, incendiary protective devices, gas-oil burners of various types, steam, mechanical and steam-mechanical injectors.
After Estonia's secession from the USSR in 1991, the production of Ilmarin-developed products declined due to its non-use in the European Union, and the company was transformed into the production of construction metal structures. Nevertheless, Ilmarine specialists manage to maintain the production of blow molding machines and some other auxiliary equipment in accordance with the original design documentation developed at that time by the NGO CCTI (St. Petersburg) at the specially created company ElcomexTrade OY, Tallinn in 2001 and in cooperation with the enterprises of St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg and in close cooperation with NPO TSKTI to fulfill orders of the leading boiler plants of Russia and energy enterprises of the CIS countries.
In 2014, the production of devices for purging the heating surfaces of boiler units is gradually transferred to St. Petersburg. With the participation of JSC " NPO TSKTI im.Polzunova " conducts a complete revision of the original technical and design documentation, its reissue in accordance with the requirements of modern regulatory documents of the Russian Federation and digitization with solid-state modeling in 3-D format.
